Fridge's World, Top Albums of 2007

Mmmm, and I thought last year had some good tunes. Really fantastic year of music, and I'd like to thank my fellow (former) OiNKers for bringing me the best of it. I mean, my local record store. Yes. Anyway, as already said, great music, and lots of it. I'm sure by this time next year I'll be tired of half these albums and have discovered 25 others that I missed, but for right now these are the best I've heard. [And who knows, maybe someday I'll get bored and finish writing the mini-review thingies...]
	1. Justice - † Electronica as created by rock musicians. Daft Punk tried to create rock/electro, and sort of succeeded... but Justice absolutely wrecked it. Huge rock riffs played by shredding synths with heavy house bass booming right along. It's massive, and it's melodic, even when it's almost painful. As you can tell, I don't even know how to describe it, but it's been stuck in my head for a long time. Listen to D.A.N.C.E. and DVNO... you'll either love it as much as I do or wonder wtf I'm talking about.
	2. 3 - The End Is Begun 3 was my "big find" this year in the world of rock music, I absolutely fell in love with their last disc "Wake Pig" and that in turn led me to this, their newest release. An excellent album in its own right, it includes what I think is their best song so far "All That Remains". Check it out, they've incorporate a lot of different styles and have a very unique sound.... . It's good stuff, trust me!
